Seahorse Condos has a condominium corporation formed in which by laws are of a standard nature with monthly dues of 13,200 DOP per month (300 USD) per  condo. This charge will include:  Community power, water, sewer, propane gas for water heaters and gas stove, 24 hour staff & security guard, gardener, ground and pool maintenance, up keep, house cleaning director and general manager, etc.  We also include Dominican high speed internet “service provided free at this time”.

We also have full time office staff available to coordinate the renting of your condo when you are not here for a standard fee of 20% of rental amount, we will issue your keys, review condo regulations and requirements with your guests, arrange airport transfers & other transportation that is necessary to help ensure your guests have a first class experience!  We will communicate with your guest via email to answer any questions or concerns prior arrival and during their stay. We will assist with daily needs for local area acclimation, shopping, English – Spanish tutoring, translation and tour operator arrangements, etc.  Included with our 20% fee we will accept the guests payment for your rental and deposit to your bank account.
